The concierge, housekeeping staff, and hotel restaurant staff.
Not the hotel, but TGI Friday's in the hotel was not up to par.
It was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. The staff were top-notch and eager to help. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone with 3 children and this was a great "one stop shop" for us. Would stay again and again if the quality continues. ...read more

Atrium was really nice, clean rooms, nice staff.
No continental breakfast.
For the price of the hotel, I would expect at least a continental breakfast. The breakfast buffet was $8.95 so we never ate at the hotel. Other than no breakfast, the rest of the hotel stay was good.

It was in a great spot.
For a 4 star hotel it only should have been a 2.
It was nice and clean, however, it was not a 4 start hotel and the towels smelled bad.
